Friday, CrossFit announced the first workout of their “Support Your Local Box” Fundraiser—this 10 minute’er that combines skills we hammered on last week. You should be ready for this one!
If you haven’t competed in The Open before, make some lemonade out of these lemons and use the Fundraiser as your chance to compete in the (hopefully!) low stress environment of your home, post your scores, and have fun with it. Sign up at the CrossFit Games Site here. The fundraiser workouts are FREE, but you can also pay an entry fee that will be donated to Feast or any other affiliate of your choice.

“Up The Hill, Over the Bridge, Don’t Surrender”
4 Rounds for Time:
40 Mountain Climbers
60s Plank Hold
20 Single Arm Thrusters (10&10)
Today’s piece should be pretty taxing on the midline. Move quickly through the mountain climbers and go into the plank hold breathing heavy. For the Thrusters, focus on driving through the floor as much as possible using the big lower body muscles in hopes of saving the shoulders in later rounds!

Well, at least its not a “Death By”… Today’s piece should be fast and furious. Attack the workout from the start and look to move through the transitions with purpose. If you can not perform Double Unders today we will be subbing 50 plate hops. Get after it and remember, the faster you go… the faster it’s over.
