Feast Fitness features new, top-of-the-line Rogue equipment, including cerakote barbells, competition plates, aluminum collars, rigs, sleds, sand bags, slam balls, dumb bells, kettlebells, rings, rope climbing rig, and jerk blocks.

OUTDOOR WORKOUT AREA

Our outdoor workout area features a full Rogue rig and a 14 foot rope climbing rig. We regularly run classes outdoors when the weather is nice. Suns out, guns out!

intentional Programming + CLASS DESIGN

We design our programming, and pre-set the equipment layout for each class, so you can maximize your workout time instead of waiting for equipment, or worse yet, dodging flying barbells.

In addition to a robust class schedule, we offer open gym hours.

Our members love good-natured competition and the constant pursuit of new skills and strengths.

Our coaches have years of experience, and our coaching meets exacting standards, and is active at all times. We give individualized attention in a class setting.

Looking to compete? Our members regularly enter local competitions, and show up to cheer each other on. Our coaches also compete, and know from experience how to coach pacing, breathing, recovery, nutrition, and all other aspects of competitive success.

We Get You Ready to Train CrossFit With Included Personal Training

Before any athlete takes a class, we want to make sure they are moving safely and well, and have a basic understanding of CrossFit movements. Moving safely and efficiently are the foundation for long term success. We also want to make sure you experience the pacing and flow of a typical class.

That’s why we coach beginners through four personal training sessions (one hour each) that teach safe movement mechanics, and include a sample workout that is fun and challenging.

We also introduce beginners to our group nutrition program.

This personal training and nutrition program, which we call “ROOTS”, also includes a one month unlimited membership. The value of these training sessions and month-long membership is more than $800 . . . but because we want you to give it a try, we charge less than half that.

If you’re not ready to commit to ROOTS, come try a free, fun, introductory class. You’ll join one of our regular classes, under the watchful eye of one of our coaches, who will customize the workout’s movements and intensity specifically for you.

Our classes challenge top athletes but also scale to meet anyone where they are in their fitness journey.

Each class is 60 minutes long and designed with purpose from start to finish. Our coaches are all trained in functional fitness, and many have a variety of specialty certifications to help athletes achieve a wide array of goals.

Our workout programming is intentionally designed to focus on, and then build, specific strengths, movements, skills, and capacities through 4 - 10 week cycles. This ensures variety and continual improvement.
