I never considered myself an athlete, until I turned 41. CrossFit entered my busy Mom-life after the birth of my second child. Before kids, I had dabbled in running, yoga, and pilates, but CrossFit grabbed my interest like no other fitness experience. Not only did CrossFit help me feel better, but it gave me inner strength - real self-confidence.
After a couple years of following my health and fitness journey, my coaches helped me realize how important it was to eat for my lifestyle and activities. This transformed my workouts, my body, and my energy to live life outside the gym to the fullest.
Combining CrossFit coaching and Nutrition coaching allows me to help people find their best life. Eating without feeling restricted, eating foods that taste good and literally make you feel good, as well as finding balance in your nutrition is my goal for everyone.
