Read MoreIf you’re looking for fun partner CrossFit workouts to try, drop in on Saturdays, when we always have a team workout. You’ll do a partner WOD with a buddy, or meet a new gym friend to work out with. Just reach out and let us know to expect you!
We believe CrossFit programming should be tailored to the community inside the gym. So we write our own CrossFit WODs, and get feedback from our members and coaches along the way, and adjust our programming accordingly. Because what works in rural Tennessee, or coastal California, might not be what’s best for urban Chicago.
Most of our programming is done in 8 week cycles, which focus on building strength, capacity, and skills across a few different movements. We’ll use benchmark WODs at the start and end of the cycle to make sure we’re progressing, and regularly benchmarking our fitness, strength, and skill growth.
