“Quarantine Fight”

3 Rounds for Total Reps:
60s Max : No Push Up Burpee
60s Max: Flutter Kicks
60s Max: Russian Swings
60s Max: Ground to Overhead
60s Rest

As the at home fundraiser has come to and end we can all go back to blaming Tony directly for these surprisingly brutal at home workouts. Today we piggyback off a classic workout “Fight Gone Bad”. We have the same time domains, and some relatively simple movements—the idea is to work for as much of the 60s window as possible. Utilize the minute rest as a quick reset, shake it out and get ready to attack the next round. Three 4 minute rounds . . . easy, right?!

Feast Members be sure to see SugarWOD for complete daily programming (including mobility, CHoWs, skill work, etc.)

“Two Face”

8 Minute AMRAP:
10 Single Arm Thrusters (5&5)
10 Alt Pistols
10 Sit Ups

*Rest 2:00

8 Minute AMRAP:
10 Goblet Reverse Lunges
10 Burpee + Tuck Jumps
10 Sit Ups

You can put your Rucks away for now. Today we see back-to-back AMRAPs. Each will put some pressure on the midline in its own way. Look to transition smoothly from one implement to the next, using the first few rounds of sit ups as a rest period. As we move into the back half of this workout we will need to be sure we are moving efficiently through the lunges and sit ups as the burpees tuck jumps will sky rocket our heart rate. Focus on staying calm and steady though the goblet lunges as fatigue sets in.
