SAUNA FAQ

“What should I bring?”

Bring a towel, water bottle, and a change of clothes, if you’d like. Wear comfortable swimwear or light workout attire for the session. We’ll provide drinks and snacks!

“What’s sauna etiquette?”

For us, it’s all about being considerate of others in your shared space. We’ll be around to remind you, but here are a few things you can do to ensure you have the best sauna experience possible:

  1. Leave your phone in your bag. Phones don’t do well in high heat. Plus, this is your time to unwind and connect with others—free from distraction.

  2. Avoid wearing jewelry. Again, metal and heat don’t mix. We want you to be comfortable.

  3. Rinse off before moving from the sauna to the cold plunge, since we’ll be sharing cold tubs with others. Sauna Club comes equipped with an outdoor shower to make things easy.

  4. Hydrate before and after your experience! We’ll have snack and drinks to help you do so. For safety, we can’t allow you in the sauna if you’ve been drinking alcohol. So, save that for after your experience. We’ll have Long Drink on hand for you to enjoy once your session is over.

  5. Don’t leave the sauna door open. Ideally, if your group wants to leave the sauna at the same time, close the sauna door behind you before opening the second door to the outside air. This helps keep the sauna at a necessary temperature.

  6. You’re welcome to pour water on the rocks, but it’s always courteous to ask your group if they’re open to it first. Your sauna guides will show you the best way to do this during your session.

“Can you tell me who else is in my time slot?”

No can do. But rest assured, you’ll be joining a small group of like-minded individuals also looking to unwind and recharge. Plus, this is a great way to meet new people.
