SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL BOX FUNDRAISER: 21.2

100 double-unders
21 burpees
75 double-unders
15 burpees
50 double-unders
9 burpees
Time cap: 15 minutes
Friday, CrossFit announced the first workout of their “Support Your Local Box” Fundraiser—this is the second week of the fundraiser and we have a fun little workout today. Nothing to it but to do it! Sprint through this as best you can, the burpee reps are minimal and its going to be all about putting big sets together on the rope.
If you haven’t competed in The Open before, make some lemonade out of these lemons and use the Fundraiser as your chance to compete in the (hopefully!) low stress environment of your home, post your scores, and have fun with it. Sign up at the CrossFit Games Site here. The fundraiser workouts are FREE, but you can also pay an entry fee that will be donated to Feast or any other affiliate of your choice.

40 Ruck Flutter Kicks
Find a bag, fill it up with something and get after this. Ideally the mens loading is around 30-45lbs and the women is around 25-30lbs. We recommend filling the bag with a towel or some tee shirts to eliminate any empty space in the bag so the weights shift as little as possible. Have fun with his one, no excuses today!

Feast Members See SugarWOD for our Broomstick Olympic Lifting for the day. If you have a barbell and plates at home feel free to load this program as you see fit - keep in mind this is a technique focused day. Relative levels of intensity should remain low.

15 Lateral Burpees Over Plate
10 Pike Push Ups or HSPU
Scotch is probably the last thing you’ll want to think about during this workout… sorry about that, ANYWAY. Lots of hinging and some inversions today. Breathe steady through the G2OH and look to stay consistent on the burpee. Breaking up your Push Up variation from the start is probably a good idea today!

Coach Tony will run you through a general warm up an get you prepped for whatever hand you are dealt.
